چکیده
Crop residue burning directly contributes to environmental pollution and releases 149.24 million tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO2), over 9 monoxide (CO), 0.25 oxides sulphur (SOX), 1.28 particulate matter 0.07 black carbon. The paddy straw results in extensive impacts both on off farm, e.g. losses soil organic matter, nutrients, production productivity, air quality, biodiversity, water energy efficiency human animal health. In India, being a largest producer rice as well its residue, the effects from are more severe (Yadav, R.S.2019). There diverse set productive techniques for management that can be utilised such composting, ruminant fodder, incorporated soil, gasification, bailing, mushroom farming, bio-fuel, recycling packing material bio-char (Pathaket al., 2010). study ‘Knowledge Adoption Paddy Straw Management Techniques Haryana’ was conducted with following specific objectives knowledge, adoption constraints by farmer techniques. Majority (75 %) farmers were having low level regarding Techniques. Whereas full (100%) fodder got Ist rank followed domestic purpose 2nd. respondents had greater acceptance Spreader/Shrub Master weighted mean score 0.95 1st.
